Jean Dickson has experience as a speaker, trainer and developer of corporate training workshops and activities. In her prior life (before business degree), Jean was active in the arts, designed and sold haute-couture jewelry, and took years of formal art training with a specialty in portraiture. While these activities were fulfilling, Jean did not view any of them as a viable career option.

It was when she was in business school that her marketing professor told her that even though she was extremely analytical and good at research, her creativity so overwhelmed people they didn't see the other side. That's when Jean decided to merge her creative and analytical sides and view creativity as an asset instead of something frivolous.

Since then Jean's creativity articles have appeared in prestigious newsletters including Linkage Inc.'s Link & Learn. Her creative training activities have appeared numerous times in Mel Silberman's highly acclaimed Team and OD Sourcebook. Clients are found all over the globe including Africa and Australia.

It's only recently that Jean has turned her hand to coaching. It took the encouragement of friends, clients, and a corporate coaching guru who all said that Jean listens to understand, asks the right questions, and then helps people expand their understanding of creative problem-solving.
